CepiallC美国玩具公司，总部在美国，深圳设代表处。美国员工约20-30，深圳员工约10。
自主开发设计玩具产品包括塑胶、毛绒、电子等，多款畅销产品Zhu Zhu Pets, Bananas等，主要针对欧美市场。开发和生产的合作工厂主要在广东境内。
前期设计工作主要在美国完成，深圳公司负责跟进开发和生产流程。
